This is your official notification of the Skylark Circle Community Improvement Association (SCCIA) Annual HOA Meeting. The Board of Directors warmly encourages you to attend, as we have important business to share and discuss.

Our Covenant Committee has been working closely with a law firm specializing in HOA law to review and modernize our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs).  At this meeting, we will answer questions and gather your feedback about what we need in our CC&Rs before finalizing a version to be voted on at a later date.

Beyond business, the meeting is also a great opportunity to connect with your neighbors and stay informed about what’s happening in our community.

We look forward to seeing you there and appreciate your involvement in shaping the future of our neighborhood.
